WINONA, Minn. – Winona State University is proud to announce that the former Warrior Stadium has a new name. Altra Federal Credit Union has partnered with Winona State to rename the football and soccer facility Altra Federal Credit Union Stadium.
The agreement will take effect immediately and the stadium will see new signage in the coming weeks to recognize the name change.
"WSU Athletics is very excited to welcome Altra Federal Credit Union as our stadium naming rights partner," said Assistant Athletic Director
Chris Kautza. "They have been a great sponsor over the years, and we are very thankful for their increased commitment to Winona State Athletics."
Funds generated from the stadium naming rights agreement will support Warrior student-athlete scholarships for years to come.

The first Winona State event in Altra Federal Credit Union Stadium will be Friday, September 4 as the Winona State soccer team takes on Michigan Tech at 7 p.m. The Warrior football team opens play in its newly-named stadium on September 12, as it hosts Minot State at 1 p.m. Tickets to all WSU Athletics events can be purchased at
