2016 Outdoor: Second at the Viking Olympics in the javelin after a throw of 31.55m ... season best javelin of 32.33 at the Warrior Challenge to take seventh ... second in the shot put with a season best 12.18m at the St. Mary University Open ... eighth at the Viking Olympics in the hammer with a season best throw of 44.97m.

2016 Indoor: Fifth at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open with a career best shot put of 12.54m ... seventh in the shot put at the at The Showcase and the Warren Bowlus Multi & Open ... career best weight throw of 13.83m at the MSU-Chuck Peterson Open.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in the javelin, discus, and hammer throws as well as the shot put ... finished 12th in the javelin at the NSIC Outdoor Championships ... posted the ninth best throw in WSU history in the javelin with a 37.05 meters (121' 7") ... season best marks include 40.28 meters (132' 2") in the discus throw, 45.72 meters (150') in the hammer throw, and 12.15 meters (39' 10 1/2") in the shot put.

2015 Indoor: competed in the shot put and weight throw during freshman season ... season best marks include 12.31 meters (40' 4 3/4") in the shot put and 12.90 meters (42' 4") in the weight throw.

High School: Elected as a team captain for track and field ... also was a team captain for her girls' basketball team and was an all-conference honorable mention (Central Wisconsin - Eight).
